• All students must request a refund in writing. • In the event of cancellation due to a denied visa, please also submit a copy of your denial letter and the I-20 issued to you by CSE • If CSE cancels any class, all money paid by the student will be refunded. • Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of written refund request. • Refunds are calculated from the last date of attendance • The Home Stay Application fee is non-refundable. • The School Application fee is non-refundable. • Cost of materials and textbooks is non-refundable. During or before the student’s 1st term at CSE: Cancellation by the student and no attendance in any classes: • Refund = all tuition paid Withdrawal by the student during the first week of class: • No refund Withdrawal by the student after the first week of class: • No refund 2nd and subsequent terms: Cancellation by the student and no attendance in any classes: • Refund=all tuition for current term refunded Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st week only: • Refund= all tuition paid for current term less one weeks tuition Cancellation by the student and attendance during part or all of the 1st and 2nd weeks only: • Refund= all tuition paid for current term less two weeks tuition Cancellation by the student and attendance past the 2nd week: • No refund Private Tutoring Cancellation by the student 24 + hours in advance: • Refund or reschedule Cancellation by the student fewer than 24 hours in advance: • No refund, no rescheduling Important Note Regarding Registration and Tuition: • Students who applied through an agent will get the same refund listed, less any commission fee. • Registration fees are due at the time of registration. • If the student is the recipient of a visa, tuition must be paid at the time of registration for courses or as soon as the visa is issued • In all cases tuition should be paid two weeks prior to commencement of classes and not later than the first day of class. • Students may be expelled, without notification, if payments are not made on time and/or if students do not comply with CSE attendance policy. • Please note that expulsion from the school may result in termination of the student’s I-20. • If you have any concerns regarding payment and or termination, please contact Colorado School of English, immediately. • The cancellation policy will remain in effect for the duration of the student’s attendance at Colorado School of English. • The cancellation policy is available upon request.
